HOW IWM (INTELLIGENT WEB MARKETING) WORKS.

Step 1. Creative / HTML mailer. As in any other media, a good message reinforced with attractive visuals is a cornerstone of an effective campaign. We develop every mailer as one of a kind, therefore making our clients’ message stand out of the sea of dull and poorly designed template advertisement. IWM system is capable of implementing Flash, streaming video, and audio into our mailers. We are also glad to mail a provided mailer, as long as they meet required HTML standards.

Step 2. Database Integration. IWM platform can seamlessly integrate with any database software on the market. To take full advantage of IWM methodology having a detailed database is important, but a simple list of e-mails can deliver great results as well. We believe that a targeted message to a targeted audience is an absolute key to a successful campaign.

Step 3. Distribution. Each e-mail address is assigned a unique ID for an accurate lead capture. Unlike mass mailings from off the shelf database programs, IWM proprietary software allows e-mails to reach its recipients without the interference of mail filters (AOL, HotMail, Yahoo accounts).

Step 4. Tracking. A dedicated server side application collects detailed information on the user’s response to the receipt of an HTML mailer. The opening of a mailer triggers the tracking of:

• Date and time of opening
• What links from mailer were acted upon
• Subsequent navigation through web site

The tracking process is not hindered by the deletion of the e-mail. Tracking complexity is customized for the specific needs of the client.

Step 5. Analysis. This online application provides reporting capabilities and analysis beyond a simple listing of activity. Hits can be grouped by user defined categories, summarize activity by day, week, and month. Provide lookup and query capability for individual addresses. Show successive results across multiple e-mail message campaigns and maintain user history.

Step 6. Export. The raw data gathered over various campaigns can be exported back into your in-house database. Results can be grouped, filtered, and delivered to the clients specs.

Step 7. Follow up. Now your sales team has a great insight on the individuals who showed interest in certain products or services. And by targeting those most likely to purchase, your sales team will produce dramatic improvements in final sales.
